First practice Monday Feb. 13 at 4:45pm.
Parent Meeting during last half hour of practice on Thursday Feb. 16, 5:30-6:00. Please bring calendar and checkbook.
The season lasts from Feb. 6 to, roughly, April 25. Varsity Season will last longer because of playoffs.
Monday-Thursday we have either a match or a practice.
We do not meet on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Exception: there will be one Saturday tournament, the Logan Tournament, tentatively on March 4 (optional, but fun!)
We do not practice on school holidays or school development days.
Varsity Practice will be held Mon-Thurs 3:15-5:00.
JV Practice will initially be held Mon-Thurs 4:45-6:00pm.
As the year progresses and we have more late sunlight, we will transition to our regular practice time, 5:00-6:30pm.
Some practices will be supplanted by matches against other schools in the Diablo Athletic League - Foothill Division. Matches run from 3:00 (pre-match warm-up) to about 5:30 or 6:00pm. Before the Daylight Savings change (March 12), home matches will officially begin at 3:15, after the change at 3:30.
If you are accepted on to the team, we ask that you please pay your sports donation as soon as possible. We rely on these funds to buy team uniforms, balls, nets, scorecards and other equipment, as well as to pay the coach stipends. We get absolutely no funding from the school district. IT IS PREFERRED THAT YOU PAY BY CHECK, RATHER THAN TO THE WEBSTORE, WHICH CHARGES US A 5% FEE. Checks should be made out for $450 to Campolindo Boys Tennis, and given to our Team Parent.
