• MON 2/6/23 @ 3:20p: First day of practice - team meeting on the Soda Center pool deck with coaches - swimmers will NOT be getting in the water
  • 3:20p-3:45p: Swimmers check-in with John or Tiffany
  • 3:45p-4:30p: Team meeting  
  • Reminder: Athletic clearance is REQUIRED for athletes to practice in the pool with the team
  • Swimmers will find out their workout group the first week of practice
