There are 3 steps to the Registration Process
STEP 1: PRE-REGISTRATION – PHYSICAL EXAM
All students who want to participate in sports must complete a Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Examination form and get it signed by a doctor after a physical exam. The form must be dated on or after July 1, 2021. You will upload this completed and signed form during Step 2 of the registration process.
You may have your Family Doctor sign the form or you may have the Sports Physical done at Campo. Campo Sports Physical/Athletic Clearances will be held on July 22nd and August 9th (both from 6:30pm - 8:30pm) in the Multi-purpose room on the Campo campus.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION
Parents of students who have not completed a physical exam may begin the registration process now, however clearance to participate will not be granted until the Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Form is signed, stamped, uploaded and approved (remember the Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Form must be dated by a Physician on or after July 1, 2021).
REGISTER ONLINE AT SPORTS NET (detailed instructions for new users here). You will need to create an account or login to your existing account for the online sports registration process. Make sure you have the following information before attempting to register your child:

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email from SportsNet verifying you have registered on their site. Until you GET THE FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL, your child won't be able to participate in athletics.
