There are 3 steps to the Campo Sports Registration Process

1) Pre-registration - Athletic Clearance
2) Registration - through SportsNet (Opens on June 2, 2023)
3) Confirmation - email from Campo Athletics

STEP 1: PRE-REGISTRATION – PHYSICAL EXAM

All students who want to participate in sports must complete a Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Examination form and get it signed by a doctor after a physical exam.  The form must be dated on or after June 1, 2023. You will upload this completed and signed form during Step 2 of the registration process. 

You may have your Family Doctor sign the Athletic Clearance form or you may have the Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance completed at Campo. Campo Sports Physical/Athletic Clearances cost $50 and will be held on July 17th and again on August 14th (both from 6:30pm - 8:30pm) in the Multi-purpose room on the Campo campus. STEP 2: REGISTRATION

NOTE: Registration for ‘23/’24 School year will open in Sports Net on June 2, 2023.  Athletes that plan on participating in Campolindo sports for ‘23/’24 School year will be required to register once per school year. 

Parents of students who have not completed a physical exam may begin the registration process now, however, clearance to participate will not be granted until the Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Form is signed, stamped, uploaded, and approved (remember the Sports Physical/Athletic Clearance Form must be dated by a Physician on or after June 1, 2023).

REGISTER ONLINE AT SPORTS NET on June 2, 2023- (detailed instructions for new users here). You will need to create an account or login to your existing account for the online sports registration process. Make sure you have the following information before attempting to register your child: 

• Your child’s student identification number 

• The exact spelling of your child’s first and last name as it appears in official school records 

• A scanned copy of your child’s completed Athletic Physical Examination form on your computer or device (to be uploaded during registration) 

• Your child’s active health insurance coverage information, including the name of the provider and the policy ID

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email from SportsNet verifying you have registered on their site. However, in order for your child to participate in a Campo sport, you must receive the confirmation email of clearance from the Athletic Department. Until you GET THE FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL, your child won't be able to participate in athletics.

The Official Sports Start Dates for the 2023-24 school year will be:

AUGUST 7th for Fall sports:  girls flag football, girls volleyball, girls golf, football, water polo, cross country, and girls tennis

OCTOBER 30th for Winter sports: wrestling, basketball, and soccer

FEBRUARY 5th for Spring sports: softball, baseball, lacrosse, swimming, boys golf, boys tennis, track and field, girls beach volleyball, and boys volleyball

AUGUST 7th for Year-round Sports: Cheer (Sideline and Competitive)

PLEASE NOTE:  Athletic Clearances that have been submitted through the SportsNet Registration process for Fall Sports participation will be reviewed and approved the week of July 31st. Expect a confirming email from SportsNet sometime that week.
