Note from the Team Parents...
A HUGE THANK YOU to all parents who already volunteered to help with games, carpooling and social events this season. We need every family to sign up for at least two (possibly three) carpool jobs, at least two (possibly three) game assistance jobs, and we're also looking for assistance for the various social events this season. Check out the sign up page here.
For any questions, contact either Alicia Griffith or Sara Cecchin.
Coach Lino grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and played college lacrosse at the University of Virginia. Prior to leading the Campolindo Girls Lacrosse program, Stephen was the Girl’s Lacrosse Varsity Assistant Coach at Piedmont High School, and coached women's lacrosse at the high school and university levels in England. Stephen lives in Oakland with his wife Laurel, who played lacrosse at Claremont McKenna, and their five year old daughter.
I am excited to share that the Campo Girls Lacrosse Program is welcoming two new assistants to the Varsity Team in 2024: Coach Julia Sachdev and Coach Colleen Wilberts.
Coach Julia grew up in Davis, California where she competed at the varsity and club levels in soccer and cross country prior to earning her BA in Psychology at UC Davis. Now an avid marathoner, Julia has devoted much of her professional career to mentorship and growth programs and advocacy for women in sport. Julia lives in Orinda with her husband Shiv, who grew up playing lacrosse, and their 2 and 4 year old sons.
Coach Wilberts is a proud alumnus of The College of New Jersey where she achieved the title of National Champion Division III lacrosse player. Colleen is excited to share her experience and deep passion for the game. She resides in Lafayette with her husband, Steve, and their three children, along with two beloved dogs.
All American honored senior goalie, Haley Richards, commits to the University of Louisville to continue her amazing run. Congrats to Haley!
