Looking ahead to 2024-2025

Welcome Families and Prospective Athletes to the Campolindo Volleyball Program! Campolindo High School has a history of excellence in its Volleyball program for both girls and boys. We have also developed an excellent Beach Volleyball program for girls that we expect to become a fully sanctioned/competitive league in the coming year(s). Throughout our program, we are competitive and we strive to develop athletes both on an off the court to be excellent players, students and citizens within our community. We hope you will join us this coming year.

Please read the following very carefully, as most of your questions should be answered below.

All returning and prospective students must fill out this INTEREST FORM for Girls Indoor Volleyball for next year. This will put you on our mailing list so you'll get updates about the program, including dates for summer open gyms, Cougar Camps, and Tryouts. If you are a former athlete, please also use this form to let us know whether you plan on returning.

SUMMER SCHEDULE

During the summer months we will host the following open gyms and strength and conditioning opportunities:

Girls Open Gyms:

Weeks of June 18-July 19
- Tuesdays 5:30-7:30pm (@big gym)
- Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm (@big gym)
Week of July 22-26 COUGAR CAMP (See Below)
Weeks of July 29-August 9
- Tuesdays 5:30-7:30pm (@big gym)
- Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm (@big gym)

Strength and Conditioning w/Coach Mimi (Co-Ed):

Tuesday July 16: 4:00-5:30pm
Thursday July 18: 4:00-5:30pm

**No Open Gyms July 4, July 8-14 (gym closure)**

**No Boys Open Gym July 22-26 (girls cougar camp)**

COUGAR CAMP: Week of July 22-26

Cougar Camp is an excellent way to meet the coaching staff and become acquainted with the program. It is not mandatory, but it is strongly advised to attend. As the date comes closer, additional information on how to sign up and cost will be circulated based on your contact information that you submitted on the INTEREST FORM. For your planning purposes, Cougar Camp is typically divided into two 2.5 day sessions. New to the program athletes (all years) and prior Freshmen Team players (2023-24) will come on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00-6:00pm. Former JV and Varsity Players (2023-2024) will come later on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Please be advised, some Players from the first half of Cougar Camp will be invited to stay for the latter Cougar Camp days with the JV Varsity players.

All incoming/new to the program prospective athletes + 23-24 Freshmen Team Players ONLY
- Monday July 22: 4:00-6:00pm
- Tuesday July 23: 4:00-6:00pm
- Wednesday July 24: 4:00-6:00pm
All 23-24 JV + Varsity Team Players ONLY + Invited players from Days 1-3
- Wednesday July 24: 6:00-8:00pm
- Thursday July 25: 6:00-8:00pm
- Friday July 26: 5:00-8:00pm
