MORAGA, CA, November 7, 2022 — Julian Fiammengo has been named the Head
Varsity Baseball Coach at Campolindo High School.

Coach Fiammengo comes to Campolindo as the former Assistant
Coach at College Park High School where he has helped lead the
team since 2015. He is also currently a teacher in the Mt. Diablo
Unified School District.  Julian’s focus on developing the character of
Campo student-athletes, alongside scholastic and athletic
achievements, directly align with Campolindo’s vision for the Baseball Program.

Athletic Director Raymond Meadows had the following to say about Campo’s new coach. “It is with great pride and excitement that I am
able to announce Julian Fiammengo as the Head Coach of the
Campolindo Baseball Program. He has a deep understanding of developing high school athletes on and off the field and a proven track record of doing so. He is committed to supporting student-athletes in all aspects of their lives, helping them thrive
academically, athletically, and personally. He has a clear vision for the Baseball Program that builds upon the foundation already established here at Campolindo. I am confident he will do an outstanding job in this position.”

Coach Fiammengo has already had tremendous success at the high school and travel ball level, having coached a number of athletes that have gone on to play college baseball. As part of the Diablo Valley Oaks Baseball Club’s Coaching Staff, he most recently helped his team to a top 4 finish at the prestigious USA Baseball Championship this past summer.

Before beginning his coaching career, Coach Fiammengo was an All League Defensive Back on the College Park Football Team. He helped lead the Falcons to an NCS baseball championship before leading his DVC Baseball Team to a Big 8 Championship.
“I am extremely excited to join the Campolindo coaching staff and represent a school and community that supports student-athletes, on and off the field,” Fiammengo said.

“Campolindo is one of the best public school's in all of California and the sports teams continue to compete and win consistently at the league, section, NorCal, and State levels. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the Campolindo Baseball Program.”
