All Campolindo students interested in trying out or participating in sports must complete the mandatory Athletic Registration process. Students only need to be cleared once to participate in one or several sports during the school year.
There are 3 steps to the Registration Process
1) Pre-registration
2) Registration
3) Confirmation
STEP 1: PRE-REGISTRATION – PHYSICAL EXAM
All students who want to participate in sports must complete the Athletic Physical Examination form and get it signed by a doctor after a physical exam. The form must be dated on or after July 1, 2020. You will upload this completed and signed form during Step 2 of the registration process.
You may have your Family Doctor sign the form or you may have the Physical done at Campo. Campo physicals haven't been scheduled yet due to the impacts of the coronavirus, but an announcement will be made when the Campo Physicals are scheduled.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION
Parents of students who have not completed a physical exam may begin the registration process now, however clearance to participate will not be granted until the Physical Form is signed, stamped, uploaded and approved (remember the Physical Form must be dated by a Physician on or after July 1, 2020).
REGISTER ONLINE AT SPORTS NET (detailed instructions for new users here). You will need to create an account or login to your existing account for the online sports registration process. Make sure you have the following information before attempting to register your child:

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email from SportsNet verifying you have registered on their site. However, in order for your child to participate in a Campo sport, you must receive the confirmation email of clearance from the Athletic Department. Until you GET THE FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL, your child won't be able to participate in athletics.
